I bought this sound bar with the built in sub-woofer for my living room TV, and I absolutely love it! I love the sound quality, Bluetooth connectivity, and not to mention it is super easy to set up. Everything you need is included in the box. The remote is user-friendly, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow to get everything connected quickly. I paired it with my TV and phone via Bluetooth within minutes. I decided to use my HDMI cable to connect to my TV. The sound is good considering the cost, and the speaker is crisp and clear. This little speaker is quite powerful too! I have this hooked up to my Smart TV, but it is also excellent for streaming music from your phone or tablet. This offers a great value for the cost. I would highly recommend it.

Good 2+1 speaker for smaller room or when portability is desired. Decent but not great sound, especially in low range despite dedicated subwoofer ... this could be improved easily. The opening below is tiny as the unit sits really low muffling the subwoofer sound. Just lift the unit another 1/4-1/2 inch and you will notice significant improvement. I lifted just the front of this unit, best for my specific installation on the high furniture near the ceiling, and I got a decent bass reflecting from the top of the furniture into the ceiling and into the room. The minor annoyance is a typical MiC unit electronic controls ... ridiculous sets of repeating options on multiples buttons that require short and long push to achieve the desire result. Who can remember this button clicking mess? If it would not be for the included remote controller I would find this unit maddeningly useless. UPDATE: The fact that the BRAND replied to my review and provided an amicable resolution shows that the BRAND cares and that is really appreciated.

Great little soundbar for the price. Easy to set up, compact size, and the sound is clear with surprisingly good bass for a built-in subwoofer. Bluetooth connects fast and the remote is convenient. Works well for TV and PC. Definitely worth it for the money.

This soundbar just arrived and it is exactly what we needed to give our bedroom that true theater-style experience. This soundbar has been a great upgrade from my TV’s tiny built-in speakers. Clear dialogue, solid bass from the built in subwoofer, and easy Bluetooth 5.3 pairing made setup a breeze. The multiple EQ modes let me tailor the sound for movies, music, or everyday TV watching, and I love that it supports ARC, optical, AUX, and USB connections for versatile use. The overall audio feels way better than expected for the size, and the compact footprint fits perfectly under my smaller TV. My only minor quibble is that bass could be a bit deeper for big action scenes, but for the price and size, it’s awesome.

In order to get any volume out of this soundbar, my samsung tv volume indicator is in the 60s or higher before it produces decent sound. Another issue I've run into, and I've sent the following to Bestisan: Soundbar when connected to the TV via hdmi arc functions fine, although not very loud. If I want to switch it to Bluetooth to listen to music from my phone, Bluetooth connects then immediately disconnects back to arc setting. By the way, television is powered off. If I unplug the hdmi cable from the soundbar and select bluetooth it will typically stay connected. What's the issue? Why does it have to have the hdmi disconnected in order to use bluetooth? Don't recommend this if you're wanting to use this as a multifunctional soundbar connected to television and also listen to music from another device, unless you want to disconnect the hdmi arc cable everytime. I don't. If you want use it for a single purpose, it may satisfy your needs.

The instructions are minimal at best, they don't show you the steps. It is a bit hard to tell when the sound bar is on and off when you've not got it working yet. I had an awful time figuring out how to get it working, but finally succeeded. The instructions don't say it but should tell you that if you use a roku or other streaming device (or game box maybe?) that you probably will have to connect the sound bar to that device instead of the TV. I figured this out through hit and miss, mostly miss. Day 1: I tried both the optical connection and the RCA cable connected to my TV, couldn't get any sound, nothing. I did a lot of googling, watched a lot of youtube videos, read my TV manual several times. Day 2: I requested call from tech support. You leave your number and they call back almost instantly. they told me to try using an Aux cable. I had to buy one, it didn't come with the sound bar. They said test the aux cable from the sound bar to the tv, if that didn't work, test the sound bar with aux cable to my smart phone. It didn't work on tv but worked with the phone. Later I just decided hey connect the sound bar to the roku using the aux cable and voila it worked. too bad the roku doesn't have an extra slot where I could have connected via an optical cable or even RCA cable but it is what it is. Hopefully my comment will help other purchasers. 1) First turn tv and sound bar on, 2) run connector RCA or Aux or Optical from sound bar to roku or desk top box, 3) On sound bar remote control then click on the button that corresponds with the connector, whether RCA/Aux/Optical. and voila! I had a hard time telling when the sound bar was on or off because there's a red light on all the time. UGH. So I put a flash drive that had music files on it into the USB port and clicked the "Aux" button on the remote and when music played, I knew the sound bar was on. This might be a lot easier with a smart tv. Mine is a Samsung 50" projection tv built in 2007,
