Very cool, and stays that way for quite awhile, it does eventually get warm, just switch ends. Pad is very thin, not bulky , quite comfortable.

It’s a little stiff to lay on but not too uncomfortable. It doesn’t stay cool in the spot your laying on as it absorbs heat from you. It does cool down fast though so it is an okay product for the money.

The product features are not as advertised. It was not cool to the touch, not even comfortable to sleep on. Amazon should stop carrying this product and stop wasting people's time and money! Very disappointed!

I like the fact that it does cool me down how ever it's very rough so it's not very comfortable at all it needs like a case on it or something maybe you should sell that separately? And if you do I don't know where to find it

Stays cool for minutes only. I gave it 2 stars only because the cost is so low.

I like that this stays cool for at least 40 mins. and you can turn it over and still cool on other side. I've had similar many years ago, although not exactly the same help the hot head :D They were less expensive years back. Yet I'm happy to have found this one.

This has been a great help on the hot nights. It does very warm after about 30 minutes. Any pad like this will get warm after some time. It refreshes very quickly. I'm going to buy one to keep in my suitcase.

Doesn't cool that much but would cool for a short time if refrigerated or.frozen. Without that it cools only a little.
