Maybe but I’m very disappointed with mine - not worth the money!

If its in a difficult to reach position it might be worth getting a second person involved.

Q: Can this be used on dogs

No dog would be as rough as me so i would think so ! Lol Certainly worked a treat for me . Think the main problem would be the fur / hair getting in the way of the clamp + don't think your dog would hang about long enough for the 20 second clamping time required .
