This is for the pistachio.I’m grossly disappointed with this extract. It tastes horrible. Like really bad. Like stale old cardboard with a tiny hint of dusty old pistachio. And leaves a very bad chemical aftertaste that’s hard to describe. I checked the bottle to see if I got an expired one because it tasted so bad. But no, it says expires in 2027! Even the smell of it was bad . I’m so glad I tried it on something small before I ruined an entire batch of baked good. I’m really bummed. I had high hopes because of the reviews. I’ll give it another chance and update if I can find a way to make it work. But I’ll be looking for other options.

It is what it is supposed to be. It is what it says it is. Used for baking and making icing. Great flavor.

I made pistachio ice cream and used this as flavor, but thank goodness I tasted it before using, if you heat the liquid in the microwave for about 20 seconds .... this takes care of the issue and it is absolutely perfect

Just need to be careful with the amount you use. It’s potent but very good quality.

I love the flavor of pistachio . I know it is hard to find when it comes to baking . This was no different than any other brands I have tried to date . Not really flavorful . Almond extract works just as good or better .

I got this for a recipe that called for pistachio extract, wished I had read the reviews before, the smell is very strong and it has nothing to do with pistachio flavor, none at all. Tried on a regular case as a substitute for vanilla like someone suggested here, worst cake I have ever make. Don't waste your money, IS NOT PISTACHIO...

It’s a great product just be careful of the amount you use. To much Will ruin your dessert or an you are making. I love this item
