Q: Do these work? How long does it take to feel a difference?

They work for me, the effect builds slowly, you almost don’t notice it over a month but everybody has a different reaction to this sort of supplement. I recently changed to a different brand and symptoms returned over 7 to 10 days, I took them for a month with little success, on returning to the seven seas I noticed an improvement in about 10 days. I would say to take at least 1 months course but 2 would be better before you try something different.

Q: how big are the tablets?

Two tablets each day, each are approx 1.5cm x 1.0 but are shaped and coated to be swallowed easily.

Q: Do any of the tablets repeat after taking

I have never had that problem and I have been taking them for about a year.

Q: How long I have to take them to work out

I found it took a couple of months before I realised that the pain was reduced and I was moving easily I now swim a mile 3times a wk and can work out the pain never goes completely but it’s much reduced
