Nice chair. Sturdy. Comfortable.
It's a lovely chair. It works well. It's comfortable. The directions were something to be desired. They were terrible. If you are mechanically inclined it goes together fairly easily. It took about 90 minutes to assemble. The foot rest has a large gouge in it. Other than that it's a nice chair.

Very poor quality.
It came is with missing parts . Broken parts . Got installed a realized one by one that what all is missing or broken n ripped . Save yourself time . Do not buy these . These are very bad quality chairs . Not heavy duty at all. Cheap fabrics used. And then processing a return was another 15days hassle . Amazon was nice to jump in the matter but still it took 15 days to make it possible . I ordered 2 chairs both were damaged and not useable in different ways . Do Not Buy These .

Nice chair, nice value...
Nice chair, lousy "instructions!" I am a 68yo woman with only 2 small dogs and a cat. None of them offered to help. Me, myself and I were able to piece it together after about 5 hours. No missing pieces, no damage to the chair but the box was abused in transit. There was no forewarning as to the tools needed.... (socket wrench set and Allen wrenches are essential) and I had to use WD40 and pliers to disengage one of the prethreaded screws. The instructions are a BIG disappointment. Vague drawings covering the 17 steps. The parts list was helpful to review before beginning your challenge. Apparently, this poor excuse for instructions has been a common complaint over quite some time. Which begs the question... why haven't they been revised??? I did not remove the seat, as indicated, I did not see the need. Placing the chair on the base was tricky and a bit heavy for me. Securing the base to the lift, also took a bit of finagling. Two of a few steps, where an extra set of hands would have been appreciated. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome. Assembly requires big slice of brute force and awkwardness. A little less time consuming than a 3,000 piece puzzle but a puzzle none the less. May the Force be with you..

I DON'T CUT HAIR
I love comfort, my bed, my sofa, and when I get my hair cut I always fall asleep. So when I was looking for an accent chair I said to my self why get what everybody gets and I am so comfortable in it since I bought it.

Difficult to put together
It’s a good price for the size of the chair you get. The assembly is horrible! Poorly printed instructions that you can barely read. Lots of screws won’t fit and you have to manually adjust each one to the right position. A normal person with normal tool won’t be able to put them together!

Fat Joe would love this
I spend $400 just for it to not include ANY hardware. Even an Allen wrench? No. The back doesn’t align with the seat cushion so it feels a little unstable because it rocks. But I’ve received multiple comments about how comfortable it is. You do feel like you lean back a little bit
