Honey, that's a great cupa coffee!
Delicious bold and flavorful brew....of course suit to taste, and taste is subjective. As all coffee, it has increased in price. I only purchase it as a treat when the price drops, which is unfortunately not often. It is also seasonal so if you like it, stock up.

Cozy Coffee
This winter blend coffee is really a cozy coffee. After several pots, I created my own blend with the bags in one of the photos. I really liked this coffee. I can see why some reviewers can’t wait for winter for this to be available. I waited for it to be on sale. Like most things that are splurges, cost is the main ingredient. The full price I can’t justify, but a sale, I’ll buy. It is a dark roast but not burnt toast. It’s super flavorful and I even had to dial back the amount I ground to brew. Until I made my blend. It’s tasty and warm and it didn’t take me long to go through the whole lot of it. On its own or in my own mash up, this coffee is good. I’ll get it again. As always, taste is like beauty, it’s in the taste buds of the taster.

Pretty good coffee, but not fresh
Update: I'm adding a star back in. I ended up grinding it much finer than I'd been doing with the Cafe Cubano and its coming out alright now. I still like the Cubano roast much better. I like this coffee, but not as much as the Cubano roast. Its a good dark roast, nonetheless. Don't buy from Amazon for espresso, though. I normally buy from Costco right after they receive shipments and freeze several pounds. Occasionally I'll run out before the next shipment and fill in with an order directly from Mayorga. This time I just needed one bag to get through to Costco next shipment so I tried ordering from Amazon. I asked Mayorga first, and they said they ship to Amazon every two weeks, so it should be fresh. The bag I received was roasted over two months ago. I tried making a few shots of espresso at different grind levels, but its just too old. It came out stale and with little crema. I made some using a moka pot and that came out alright. To summarize, I'd consider the Cubano blend a 5 (Muy Macho is also a 5). I'd rate this a 4. I'm knocking an extra star off for the fact that its not suitable for espresso.

Winter coffee
It's nice to change up the flavors every now and then, but still hands down. This brand of coffee is our number one go-to. As official and credited coffee snobs, we declare this coffee to be one of the very best brands available. Their winter blend specifically is a nice, smooth, dark, very enjoyable for the snowy days and the pie

Excellent flavor and body.
Loved this coffee. It says it is a dark roast. I would say more along the lines of a medium-dark. No bitterness or aftertaste. Would definitely recommend purchasing.
