I didn’t think that this hat was going to be so well made since it was relatively inexpensive. It is a very sturdy cowboy hat!

I was reluctant to get this hat. There are quite a few online and pretty much all appear the same. I was unsure which one to choose. Good choice. This one is substantial without being stiff. Didn't want a cardboard hat! The fabric is soft and just a little pliable without losing shape. Inside the band is the adjustment string. And it's long enough to tie. Important. I didn't want the crown to set up too high. The adjustment allows for you to set how tall if you tie it looser/tighter. Packaging was sturdy. No way to dent it. Can't wait to wear it!

This hat arrived in pristine condition. It had a heavy duty plastic form on it that prevented it from getting crushed in delivery and was placed in a box. It's really a great hat for the money and nice color. I will enjoy wearing it.

The adjustable strap inside the hat did not work well with my head - had to return it. In this case one size fits all did not cut it, so do not understand the statement that says true to its size.
