Really good bar soap. Leaves skin soft and with a soft aroma.

I discovered this soap years ago. It cleans without irritation or drying out my skin. I have very sensitive skin and can even use it for my face.

This soap is very nice. It has a very light pleasant scent. It leaves you skin so soft and hydrated. No need for lotion. I really like it.

I bought this because I had been using Donkey Milk moisturizer for years and it was discontinued. You cant beat the price, and it does leave my skin super soft. The only downside is the smell. It’s very antique smelling/powdery smelling. I’ve noticed the last few weeks some dry patches on my skin. Not sure if it’s from the soap or not, but it’s not a huge deal.

Happened across this soap a few years ago. It feels so clean and fresh but doesn't give off an artificial smell. It lathers well and leaves my skin soft without a film. The bar is a good size to handle and for travel. It lasts a long time. It doesn't evaporate like some softening soaps do.

While vacationing in Crete I bought an artisan soap at a tourist shop advertised as soap made from donkey milk. I had never tried the soap before I bought it. In fact I was in there looking for olive oil soap like they had at my hotel and the store proprietor talked me into taking a cake of donkey milk soap at the same time. I wish I had tried it before I got home because while the olive oil soap is nice, the donkey milk soap was Fantastic! The best soap ever! I looked around for donkey milk soap in the US, or even from Greece that I could buy over the internet and until this product, had not found any. I tried soaps made from other types of milk: goat's milk, camel's milk etc. The other milks did not produce the kind of soap the donkey milk had. So when I saw this product on Amazon I purchased it without hesitation. On the plus side it is a nice soap with minimal perfume. It lathers well and feels creamy. On the minus side, as one other reviewer noted - the ingredients are a host of other things besides donkey milk. . . . I should mention here that since being diagnosed with Cancer I don't like using soaps, lotions or creams on my skin that aren't food grade. So I was a little dismayed at the ingredient list. But To Be Fair, I never saw an ingredient list on my original bar of tourist-y Cretean donkey soap - so maybe this isn't any worse than the stuff I thought was sooooo amazing. Do you know what I mean? Due to all these factors I give the soap an even 3 out of 5 to indicate it isn't bad - but it isn't spectacular either.

It makes my skin feel softer and firmer! Good product. I recommend it. Very good price.
