It works miraculous for insomniacs. Flavour is none, taste is sweet, thickness is good! What else do you want? I was doubtful and used it. It was wonderful. Only problem is that you check the dosage for yourself. Start with 500mg and you can go to 3000mg or 3 grams safely. Profoodss are cheap and better products, if not the best. Do not believe others. Only check for yourself. Sad that they do not provide 50g trail packs for that!

I've ordered glycine from profood like 1 month back.. i am giving review after a month using.. i am taking this as pre-workout 200mg with l arginine nd l citrulline.. And At Night Around full of 1/2 teaspoon 2.5gm like 2500mg every night by 9pm or 10pm it's makes me relaxed and helping for good peaceful sleep.. i feel recovery faster.. its not sponsored review i am genuine buyer just helping to letting you guy know my experience which is very good.. I've really got the good results i mean even though I'd never get any side effects from it, i am recently adding with in taurine same amount mixing.. also both are giving me peacefull sleep and giving me fresh energy in the morning i think its also helping my sex libido also.. It smells like ammonia, I am not sure if that’s how it’s suppose to be, taste it ok. I want the manufacturer to fix this issue and let people know why it smells .

Caution - consult your doctor before intake : I did take it with Creatine and DAA in the ratio of 5gm : 2gm : 2gm - I felt the Heat, uncontrollable power and a Sudden Surge of energy in me that took almost an hour before it settled... I used that time to do intense workout. I did the same for about 15 days and people started asking me why I looked toned Up n what good did I do with my body . Coz it shows built up .. PLEASE NOTE - I did not built up in 15 days i have been doing workout for last 5 years but this composition gave me Toning of my musculure structure and filling Up the spaces where it was needed for long .. It has a sweet taste, can be used as sugar. You need to combine it with a healthy diet to really see any effect (I have yet to see some). The product doesn't mention from where it extracted the glycine, if you're buying it then do find out.
