I started taking this for morning aches and pains related to living 66 years. After 5 weeks I was amazed. I have now 'turned' my mom and sister to using this, and unfortunately, it means I order A LOT of this. However, this has helped my mom immensely, and my sister isn't talking to me, so I'll never know if I've similarly improved her life. However, I'll assume she, like my mom and I, is enjoying a pain-free morning rollout from her bed, an ache and pain free day. This is the stuff!

These pills are giant and having to take 5 a day is hard work :)

Just so you know, the recommended serving size is 5 of these. They're comically huge. I think I'll stick with the powder version from now on.
