Seems to be genuine, full-strength product
From other reviews of other brands of black cumin seed/nigella sativa, some people have indicated they think sometimes they are getting a product that may have had some of the helpful oils removed. I don't think that is the case here, as it has that pine-like, turpentine-like smell to the seed that many who have knowledge of it say is indicating it's a good, whole-seed product. In fact, I noticed it immediately upon opening the Terrasoul bag, which I can't say has happened with other bags I have gotten before from other companies. Usually, I will smell it once I grind the product, but with the Terrasoul it just smells even stronger once I grind it. I think taking the whole food product the way it was taken in ancient times is probably closer to what people have done for years that made this such a famous herbal food health-enhancer in the first place (as a opposed to concentrating it down the the oil). I grind in small-ish amounts and use up in various things before grinding again. Seems to support sleep, mood, relaxation, detoxification and helps with overall, day-to-day pain. Other reviewers of other brands/companies of this product also sometimes mention seeing bugs in the bags. Considering original product comes from the overseas countries, that is can be something to think about getting the seed instead of the oil, but there isn't any issue with that with this Terrasoul product, clean as a whistle. Pretty competitively price, next time I may buy in bigger bulk size, save even a little bit more money!

Marvelous Product
Seeds are very clean, fresh, and uniform in size and quality. I sprinkled one teaspoon on my food every day. Just one day after I started using these seeds my hearth burn was gone and my digestion accelerated. I also felt calm and easy and I am not bloated anymore. The burning sensation I felt on my esophagus and on the sides of my neck and on the back and the top of my head after eating is gone. My sinus allergies are cleared too and my neck is not stiff anymore. I really do not remember how I ran across the information about Black Seeds (Nigella Sativa), but I am glad I found it. I have now read more articles about the history and benefits of consuming these seeds and I think they are true. I cannot say more about the goodness of black seeds because I do not want my review to not be published. All I can say is that I am planning to consume them for as long as I can. I highly recommend these seeds and this brand. I still have to try black seed oil but I am sure it will be as good as the raw seeds.

Clean Packaging, Rich Flavor — Seeds That Deserve a Spot in Your System
Terrasoul’s Organic Black Cumin Seeds (Nigella Sativa) are a powerhouse ingredient packaged with the same intention I bring to my own kitchen setup—clean, minimal, and efficient. The bag reseals tightly, keeps the seeds fresh, and holds enough quantity to justify decanting. I pour mine into white-lidded jars for daily use and keep a second batch sealed in storage, ready when needed. The flavor profile is strong and earthy, perfect for adding depth to eggs, salads, or mixed grains. Beyond the health benefits, what I appreciate most is how easily this stuff fits into my kitchen routine; practical enough for daily use, and definitely clean enough to keep on display. — Curated by Jaded John | #OrderlyCleanDesign

Method is important...
From what I understand, black cumin seeds need to be toasted to release the oils before consuming. I've also read that they are used a lot in traditional eastern and middle eastern cuisine, whereby it seems they are cooked to some degree. I've seen some who say they put them on salads and grind them, but I simply toasted 1/2 to 1 tsp in a frying pan, without oil, or in the oven, and chewed them. I liked the flavor, although it is a strong flavor, sort of between bitter and nutty, so this would be the type of item people would need to experiment with to see what their personal preference is like. As with anything, moderation is probably important, so don't go overboard due to how small the serving size is (would be my suggestion).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for flavour because of its blendability with other spices.
I find the taste of Black Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa) unpalatable, so I decided to try incorporating the seeds in my diet as part of my spice blends. While the taste is horrible by itself, the flavour really blends well with other seeds, so I gave ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for flavour because of its blendability with other spices. I tried making a seasoning blend that I found online that incorporates the Nigella Sativa black seeds and found it to be tasty: "...a spice blend commonly used in Eastern India and Bangladesh and consists of the following seeds: Cumin, Brown Mustard, Fenugreek, Nigella and Fennel. The spices are left whole and, depending on how they’re being used, are either dry roasted or fried in oil in order to coax out their pungent flavors." Sometimes I use them whole and sometimes I coarsely grind them. I also add caraway seed to the mix. This year I intend to plant some and see how that goes; at the very least it's a very pretty plant.☺️ These seeds are great for their health benefits, and also as part of a seasoning blend for people who cannot stomach the taste of the oil.
