This Char-Broil griddle is a fantastic, heavy-duty cast iron addition to my 3-burner grill. It replaces one of the grates perfectly (check your model fit first!) and opens up so many new cooking options. It holds heat beautifully, making flawless smashburgers and easy morning pancakes and eggs. The reversible side is a bonus, though I mostly use the flat side for true griddle cooking. It seasons nicely and cleanup is straightforward. If you want griddle functionality without buying a whole new flat top, this is a must-have accessory and well worth the price! Perfect fir for a gas2coal 4 burner. Worked really well, cooked bacon and eggs on it really well. It's got a good weight and holds the heat perfectly. I think seasoning it with oil is going to be an important ritual but there seem to be a few rituals with the bbq and grilling. I'm happy with the purchase.

This works as expected, it’s easy to clean and hold heat. My disappointment is that it is narrower than expected, it’s 5-10mm narrower than the plate it is substituted for. This means the plates can now slide about a bit instead of being a nice tight stable fit. It works and this is more of a niggle than a fault

I was a bit sceptical before buying this as i thought it was very cheap for char broil, but it is a genuine product, so don't be put off, i would definitely recommend and is standard fitment for Char Broil BBQs

Hefty cast iron griddle plate, fits perfectly on my charbroil 3 burner gas-2-coal grill. Needs seasoning well before using to cook on. A great add-on for increased cooking flexibility at an acceptable price.

It’s solid great for grilling and goes on the char broil perfectly. I was going to buy another but when I looked the price had increased enough to change my mind on getting another one. God bit of kit though!!

Great griddle. After a bit of digging, reading reviews and going on the char-broil website I found that this fits the GAS2COAL 4 burner perfectly - even though it says for 3 burner in the description…. Perhaps this could be reflected in the description??? Easily swap out the existing plate and insert. It’s double sided. 1 side for steaks to get the nice sear lines. And the other for smashed patty’s etc. Cast iron so the quality is there. Very heavy. But expected due to material. Easily cleaned. Perfect 👍🏼

The dimensions of the grill plate was wrong in your description, but it fits perfect to my 4 burner grill.
