I'm 6ft3 and 13/14 stone so I'm some what slender I ordered the large and it's slightly bigger than I was hoping so if you happen to share my body type consider buying the medium. It will have a more fitted feel too it. I'm not going to give a negative review over that

I had to order one size up as slightly tight when wearing a jumper. The body warmer is great lots of pockets. Goes below my hips so snug.

It doesn't have flaps over the pockets as shown in picture
