These are awesome!!! I've always had peeling/thin nails, and these totally strengthened my hair/nails to the point where I can go without polish or buffing. My eye doc actually recommended this brand for my eye health, but I've seen amazing results in other health areas. I feel like my skin is more moisturized too.Something super interesting my eye doc told me: Fish oil capsules should never give you "fishy burps". If the company harvested the fish oil correctly, the capsules will never give you a fishy taste/burps. If that is happening, it means the oil has spoiled and is not as fresh. He said the new technique of harvesting fish oil has made them better and fresher. This company harvests the oil well and I've never experienced fishy burps or a weird aftertaste. So just wanted to pass that on!!Also, the capsules seem to be coated in a slight flavoring: I can't decide if it's vanilla or a hazelnut taste. But it's nice and they go down well. I highly recommend this brand! I take two a day :)

I hate fish, never eat it. So I thought I was doing great taking flaxseed oil to get my Omega 3. Then I found out that I really was not getting the most important part of what I was needing and wouldn't until I took fish oil. I heard of Krill oil on the Dr. Oz show and found this brand. I can deal with it as long as I am sure to eat before I take it, and eat a little after I take it. I may burp a little but it's not horrible, and it's only slightly fishy. Nothing like the huge fish oil pills. These are small and don't smell too fishy, but I can still smell the fishy smell a little bit. But, I can handle it, so it's good.

Easy to swallow… no aftertaste great product!
