Superb Build Quality
I already had a poorly made aluminium CNC machined tamper before buying this and am so glad I made the decision to buy it . It’s superbly made and really heavy and mirror finished . The 51mm head is smooth and glides into both my Breville and Tecnora portafilters. Amazing value for under Rs 700 and an absolutely justified upgrade from poor made tampers of metal or plastic that many machine makers supply with their kit . Get it . It’s really great if you have a 51 or 52mm portafilter on your espresso machine.

Great product!
Before I review this product, let me tell about the mistake I was about to make when I was buying it. When I was watching YouTube videos about how to pull a perfect espresso I learned how important a tamper is. I had just bought DeLonghi EC685 via Amazon and it came with a plastic tamper, which is honestly useless (you’ll know that once you start using this tamper after using the plastic one). I was just about to buy one when I realised the different sizes mentioned on them. After a google search I came to know that my portafilter is 51mm and I ordered this right away. It’s really good and comes at a great price! But make no mistake, you have to put pressure even though the tamper is heavy. Coffee experts recommend putting a pressure of 15-20 kgs for you to get a perfect espresso. I hope my review helped :)
