NIGHT BREAKER LASER HB3/9005, next generation, 150% more brightness, halogen headlamp, 9005NL-HCB, 12V, passenger car, duo box (2 lamps)

Replaced stock headlights on 2022 Malibu LT. Easy change, fit was as good as OEM. The change in brightness was amazing! We live in the hill country in Texas where all kinds of critters live - deer and feral pigs, occasional cow will challenge the durability of your vehicle! The extended light beam reach, brightness, and more ‘whiteness’ of these bulbs have made a HUGE difference during the night time drives.

Much improved over standard halogen

A couple more bucks than the best Sylvania halogen bulbs. It was advertised as being made in Germany. I have found German stuff to be pretty good, so I went for it. Got my lights professionally aimed as my car is one which I can't aim the headlights myself. It seems one is brighter than the other. But it does light up the road quite well. It is aptly called the Nightbreaker. Maybe there's another reason why one seems less bright. That being said, I'm pretty satisfied with them.

Waiting for longevity. The stock bulbs are almost 11 years old and still in good condition. But wanted more light so replaced.

Pro: price Con: little improvement over factory supplied bulbs. Hard to take picture of yellowness, but next to the white LED eyelash/ beauty light they look terribly yellow.

Installed in Honda Crosstour. In high beam mode they are brighter, nearly white color, and "shoot" farther than stock high beams in the dark. They also function as daytime running lights (DRL) in this model Honda. The circuit apparently reduces the voltage which dims them substantially to a yellow color in DRL mode.

Very good light pattern, distance, and brightness without blinding other drivers. Unfortunately, I installed these in April and by December they had already burned out. I used the same as the OEM halogens so it’s not like they had low or over voltage burn out either. Very disappointing because they were great while they did work. I did also use rubber gloves while installing them to as to not get oil on the bulb.

These bulbs did not even last 6 months. I will never buy them again.

Work very well in my US 2000 car. It is more powerful than the normal bulb.
