We bought two of these faucets. One of them had the wrong hose to attach to the water supply. Customer Service with the company was very good and within 4 days we had a new set of hoses. The installation is extremely easy and the faucets are quiet and give out a nice stream of water. We are very pleased and can truly recommend this product. Update: it turned out that the hoses were not the problem, but a manufacturing problem inside the faucet. The customer service was outstanding, within 3 days we had a new faucet. I can recommend the product and the company for a fine product and for the fact that if something goes wrong,(which can happen with the best of products), they will stand by their product and replace it quickly.

I needed faucet for a vessel sink. I checked with my local Lowe's store and they only had one offering and it was $177. Ye buying there probably would make replacement cartridges and hoses easy, but their cost was 3 times as much and not near as pretty. My amazon faucet arrived one day earlier than expected. It took me 10 minutes to install, really! All I had to do was slide the hoses through a hold in the counter, tighten the counter nut and attach and tighten 2 supply hoses. 10 minutes. The faucet works well and is unique and attractive.

I like these faucets and the height and flow of water are excellent for my face basin. As other buyers have stated it is a bit noisy but I soon got used to it. The water marks do stay on the faucet so I have to wipe them down after each use. That doesn’t bother me too much though

Was looking for a very modern and square design to match our new shower remodel bath system from another company. See my reviews if you are interested. This faucet has been perfect. Very powerful so you may need to turn the water pressure down. No biggie. The flat stream is very nice. Better than the overflowing trickle type. No screen needed. Easy to access Not your ordinary faucet. Would buy again and again. Quality inside and out!

I love this faucet! It was easy to install and it looks aesthetically pleasing with our vessel sink. It is a little loud when you turn on the faucet but it’s not a big deal. I would recommend!

I initially thought this was a steal... but the more we use it (only had it a few days), the more it’s become apparent that this was a cheap item. It looks sleek and modern but the brushed nickel finish on this faucet is poor quality. The faucet gets water stains that don’t come off easily. If you wipe the stains off hard, the finish comes off. I’ve never had that happen before on brushed nickel. Oh and the most important thing, it leaks!!!! Either the one I got is defective or this is just the quality of the product. now I’d have to uninstall, return this back and purchase a new one and install again... what a pain! Not recommended!

TO begin -- the connections for the hot/cold water lines are up inside the base of the unit. I had a real bad time tightening them. They do have two O rings which I lubed heavily with silicone grease, so everything held okay. Second -- there's no flow restriction, so the water comes out full strength. Looking at ways to reduce that and hopefully can cure the flow problem. Still, these faucets are for vessel sinks and I've never seen one that didn't have flow restriction. The instructions are generic, but you can figure it out one your own. The included sink drain ended up in the garbage where it belongs. If you are fortunate enough to use it then you are very lucky. All told, I cannot recommend this faucet because it is quirky.
