Great steamer!
Wonderful steamer! I purchased this item for my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas after they saw the one I gave another daughter and son-in-law last year. They all love them since they have no clue how to iron! (I always did it for them...My bad).We used the first steamer to get the wrinkles out of all the bridal party's clothes taken to a destination wedding. Quick, easy and everyone looked great!I would recommend this steamer to anyone, especially if you hate to iron!

Super easy to use
Super easy to use. Quality good. Does the job I need it to do. If you must have crisp clothes this isn't for you but it saves me lots of time ironing things that don't really need an iron, just get the wrinkles out. Can't believe I waited so long to buy one.

I love the telescoping bar to hang a hanger on
The steamer works as described. Set up was quick. I love the telescoping bar to hang a hanger on. Water reservoir is large. It heated it up quickly and steamed perfectly. Two areas for improvement: make the steamer head stainless so lint doesn't stick onto the plastic after steaming. Granted, the link wipes right off, but if you steam a dark colored item and forget to wipe it off and immediately steam a light colored item immediately afterwards, you'll end up with dark lint all over your lighter colored item. Second improvement: make the wheels so they turn. No matter what you do, the wheels will NOT turn on hardwood floor. The wheels spin but they're cheaper plastic and all I can surmise is there isn't enough weight to make the wheels turn. Not a complete deal breaker, but it ticks me off.

Good quality appliance
Easy to use and works just as expected. Steam is very hot so caution when using. Would like a little longer hose for long dresses and skirts, it’s awkward for larger garments

Don't waste your time! Unless you like wrinkles, just stick with your iron
I have owned several high end Rowenta steam irons, but this is my first dedicated steamer. I simply cannot express how disappointed I am in the lacking performance of this Rowenta product.First of all, I highly suspect that the item I received was used, repackaged (poorly) and resold as new. It was clearly unprofessional packaged. it was also missing all steam head accessory pieces (the brush, etc.) that were clearly pictured on the outside of the box as included. Again, I suspect it was left out of the box when the first buyer returned it.Second, the item simply does not work well at all, and definitely not anywhere close to the level I expect from a Rowenta product. It produces steam (less than what I thought it would -- less than my Rowenta steam iron), but I think my vaporizer puts out more steam than this STEAMER does. it gets my garments very wet with water spots. Yes, I am using it properly, and it is not "spitting" water. There is just a lot of condensation on the steam head that gets on the clothes. Admittedly, some of that has to do with not including the brush accessory in the box. I tried it on rather thick cotton khakis, and although I did not expect perfection (especially not with this pants), it literally did nothing other than put water spots on the fabric. With regard to wrinkles, the garment looked no better than it did before I steamed them for 20 minutes (incidentally, it only takes me about 5 minutes to iron the pants, so...). I mean, I guess the good news is that the steamer did not cause MORE wrinkles (haha), but I thought steamers were supposed to reduce wrinkles. Next I tried a very lightweight cotton button down shirt. Again, no real marked reduction in wrinkles after steaming it for a good 10 minutes. Frustrated, I tried a very lightweight nylon fishing shirt, and still no effect. I can see steam coming out of the head -- less than I expected (a lot less than comes out of my Rowenta steam iron), but still steam. It simply has no effect on wrinkles at all. You cannot get a much lighter weight fabric than nylon, and the steamer simply did nothing for it.I am a long-time ironer. I was worried that I would be too picky about wrinkles to tolerate the results of a steamer, but I had no idea that steamers were this worthless and yielded these worthless results. I frequently steam clothing using my Rowenta steam iron just pressing the steam button while holding the shirt or pants up vertically, and it does a 100% better job than this dedicated steamer. Honestly, if I didn't know better, I would think I was being "punked" and this was a joke.Back to ironing I go. I get much better results in a fraction of the time. Honestly, I don't even know why steamers exist. All of my family members and friends who were like, "Why are you ironing?! Just get a steamer! It's so much better and easier!" Uh...no, it isn't. I will take my iron any day, all day, and I'll be done with wrinkle-free clothing before anyone would be done using this (probably any) steamer.

Pole isn't stable when steamer pulled or pushed.
This is my 2nd Rowenta and glad I bought it. I love that it has a step button when I want to press to start. I love that it comes with the gadgets to press the clothing. The steam is hot enough to take away the wrinkles. CONCERN: Is the pole suppose to come out when you pull the steamer? With my previous steamer, the pole was placed into the designated area and it stayed in place. Does this item need replacing.thank you

Great!
Wow! Works really well. I had a steamer like this in the past and it didn't work at all. This one really works! Somehow I got a really good deal on it so that makes me like it even more. Easier than ironing.

Not well made.
I have had this since August, it’s Oct 2nd now and have only been using it for about three weeks. My return time has passed as I didn’t start using it right away. I use it almost daily now and the part where the steam comes out has all ready broke. It keeps coming apart from the hose. I feel it should have lasted much much longer than this.
