Got this as a gift for a cousin that has limited cooking supplies and limited time. He loves rice, so this seemed like a match made in heaven, and according to his feedback, it has changed his life and time! The only problem was that the instructions were only in German, but he found a way around that and managed to use his microwave rice cooker to the fullest and enjoy great rice every single time. This is a nifty helper around the house, and if you're running low on time, this saves the hassle of having to focus your time around a pot on the stove. It comes highly recommended from my cousin, so I'm sure that this is a great gift not only for yourself, but also to the people around you that enjoy rice but not the process of traditionally making it!

I love this rice maker, so easy to use and the rice seems a lot tastier made this way rather than simmered in a pan. I usually have brown rice which does take twice as long as their instructions, which I think must be for white rice, and I also double the quantity of water as it takes longer to cook.

Item seems good but no instructions in English so don’t know how to use

whilst I appreciate it is german, may I suggest to the manufactoer that not all of us speak german, and therefore have no idea how long to gook the rice for, or how much water to put in or how much rice to use, This is a great deal of improvement on my last one which I bough in Trago Mills, in the 1990's, when living in cornwall. If someone can give me an guide on how much water to use for how much rice to use as well I would bemore than happy. It is a pity that it is in gertman/Austrian.

I bought this rice cooker thinking it would reduce the amount of cleaning required when cooking rice in a saucepan. Apart from the shocking lack of instructions in English regarding rice to water ratios, which are key to successful rice cooking, the cooker (if you could call it that) made a complete mess of my microwave, leaving it teaming with steam after the cooking time (which I determined after an internet wild goose chase) and a layer of starch. So not only did I have badly cooked rice, I also had a three part contraption to clean along with the microwave. Apart from my obvious anger at having paid the amount I did for a badly functioning contraction, I am equally angered by the fact that there is more useless plastic being generated and put out into the environment, something which it really doesn't need.

Es perfecta para cocinar arroz (no he probado otros alimentos). Las medidas que aparecen en las instrucciones (en alemán) están muy bien equilibradas, sale buenísimo. Los materiales transmiten calidad. Tiene una tapa incolora intermedia que se cayó al suelo y se ha roto un trozo, parecía de un plástico más resistente a impactos. VENTAJAS: -Calidad de materiales -Tamaño muy reducido. DESVENTAJAS: -Instrucciones en Alemán.

Contrairement aux cuiseurs à riz électriques, qui s'arrêtent lorsque la pression de vapeur baisse, il faut programmer soi-même la durée de cuisson. Comme pour la quantité d'eau, des valeurs moyennes sont indiquées, mais, comme chaque riz est différent, comme les différentes recettes demandent des cuissons différentes, il faut faire soi-même l'expérience. Toutefois, cela reste une manière économique de faire cuire le riz, et toute la saveur et tous les parfums restent bien enfermés dans le récipient. Il n'est pas plus cher que d'autres produits du même genre, et paraît plus solide et durable, mieux étudié. C'est un bon achat, avec ses limites et ses avantages.

Kokar man ris i kastrull med lock? Då ska man defenitivt gå över till den här produkten.. Inget mer överkok och rengöring av inbränt risvatten på plattor. Kondensation i micron, det får man, men det torkar man lätt bort med en trasa. Samtidigt blir micron rengjord.

Ciao sono sempre stato un impedito a cucinarmi il riso fino a quando ho preso (per pochi euro) questo cuociriso. Il procedimento è semplice e ben spiegato sul libricino di istruzioni e poi fa tutto il microonde. Bisogna solo mescolare un po' il tutto a metà cottura ma capirai... Ottimo riso bianco scondito pronto per contorno o condimento. Pulizia facilissima e veloce, lo consiglio a tutti quanti gli impediti come me!
