LIFETIME JEWELRY Womens 2mm Rope Chain Bracelet 24k Real Gold Plated

I have been looking for a good quality anklet that was at a reasonable price and this product was almost perfect. I loved the heaviness and how real the gold looked. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong size (8 instead of 10) so I can't wear it as an anklet as I had hoped and it's too big to wear it like a bracelet. Was really looking forward to the product but I guess it will just have to sit in my jewelry box. UPDATE: The company contacted me after my review and sent me a new anklet at the right size. I am absolutely in love with it. It fits great looks great on me. I can't wait to go out with it on. Great customer service!

This is my favorite thing in the worlddd ! I wear it every day ! I wear it in lakes , the oceans , everywhere ! I do try to remember to take it off for showers and when I lotion . But it has not turned on me yet ! It’s sooooo cute & perfect . It’s little and just classy ! Urg I love it so so so much ! I will buy this again ! I loveeeee it

Loved the rope bracelet when it first arrived but less than 8 weeks later and it looks old and tarnished. The silver is wearing off on the fastener/joint and a coppery tone is showing through, making the bracelet look 8 years old, not 8 weeks old.

Beautiful jewelry. Very sturdy and excellent quality. Haven't had long but so far great, instead of paying such high prices for real gold. Will be reordering more for gifts. And the lifetime guarantee, how can you go wrong. Customer service is very prompt in replies and checking in to see if you like. Great company

I ordered my bracelet in February and absolutely love it. It’s high quality and fits perfectly on my small wrist. Sadly, it broke recently, but I reached out to Lifetime to let them know and see what my options were for replacement. They emailed me back immediately and replaced it, checking in with me every step. I am so impressed with this company, and can’t wait to buy more pieces from them. I have loved the product for over a year, and with all the problems with COVID, handwashing, and multiple uses of antibacterial gel, lotion, and other hand sanitizers, my bracelet actually became tarnished. I wear the bracelet daily and expected a little tarnishing, but this was bad enough that I tested out their lifetime guarantee. After sending the product back for review and replacement, I emailed the company and was contacted by Jon, who quickly made everything right. I hope that I will not have to replace it again as I do wear it daily, and being without it for a few weeks while getting replaced was hard on my habits, and I kept thinking I lost it. But, if I ever have to replace it again, I know it will go off without a hitch!! I love a company for its products, but I stay with a company because of the customer service! Great Job, Jon and crew!
