Roughly 3-4 hrs on the medium setting. Very handy and works well ! Heats up in seconds

no it is for one hand or holding it between both hands.

Q: How long does it take from no charge to full charge?

Using the USB plug, I charged the units on my computer. Between 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Q: Will this fit inside of a mitten?

I actually purchased this for a gift, but if you are a woman with a small hand I don't think so. If the cuff of the mitten is stretchy then yes, it will fit in an mitten.
