Hi, I have a 250 gallon duck pond, we have three ducks. Need a filter system that will keep water clean for more than a week or two, will this do it?

yes. i have to clean mine only about every 2-3months.. i have a 400 gallon coy pont... only problem is u canot use over a 400gal pump, kid seal has a problem leaking, will not seal

Is the water flow/ pump flow adjustable on this filter?

I don't think there's any way to do this. Flow rate through this filter dependent on the flow rate of the pump that is feeding water into this biofilter. If you adjust the flow rate of the pump, the flow rate of the filter will fluctuate accordingly.

Brand new one and it leaks. How can I get it to stop?

Your pump might be to strong.had to adjust water flow til leak stops.think pump has to be less then 500gpm.
