I like these gluten free chow mein noodles better than the non-gluten free They have a great taste, and crunch factor. Uses with any Asian food that needs a little something extra, on salads, or even alone as a quick snack.

I took one bite, spit it out, and threw all three packages away. These have been sitting on a shelf for years! Don't waste your money. Rancid, and these are not anything near to actual Chow Mein noodles. Buy GF dried rice noodles, break them up with a rolling pin, and fry them in a pan of hot oil. The oil will make them puff up all golden and crispy. Much closer to a tual chow mein noodles. These were terrible and a waste of money.

This is a review of the product not the seller. This is gluten free and tastes odd to me. Does not taste like a chow mein noodle at all. Also, the three bags come in one box and there is room inside so they were mostly broken. I would not buy this product again and I threw them away since the flavor was so offputting.

The taste is bland, they are insanely hard and they are ok, but the 4 stars comes from having one lodge itself sideways in my throat. Look, they don't dissolve in water. They might get a little slimy but they stay their shape and crunchy for a long time. So, yeah. No beverage would move it. Thankfully i didn't actually choke, but 24 hours later i still can't swallow comfortably because of the minor injuries i sustained. If this happens to you, bend over the toilet, don't hug it, and forcibly cough until you vomit.

They are not at all what I expected but having the crunch in my salads and bowls is good. I’m happy overall with the purchase.

Celiacs don’t have to give up favorite Chinese foods. My fave is pork chow mein with the crunchy noodles. I make my own and with these crunchy noodles you couldn’t tell that it is gluten free! I also use the noodles to make haystack cookies. Great flavor and crunch! Will buy again!

These were awful in every way. Stale, hard, tasteless, what a waste of money. I bought 3 bags and all were horrible. Amazon does not let you return this. Do not buy!
