Got these for my puppy, a German shepherd, while it was functional, she loved it, as it was chewability, durability and ease of use.

I just got my first new puppy in many years, and I was searching for ideas of what items I should get to be ready for her. A dog forum I belong to gave suggestions for items to prepare for a new pup. One of the items listed was a snuggle puppy. I was not familiar with the product, and did some research. I had always heard that lonesome puppies respond well to a hot water bottle and ticking clock for comfort. A friend had suggested a stuffed animal. I found all of that in one package - The Snuggle Puppy! And even better was the complete new puppy package. The blanket is adorable, very soft and the perfect size. The toys are perfect, and they include extra warmers for the puppy. I keep my girl in a kennel at night with her blanket and puppy. The first night I tried just the blanket, and she cried and howled for 15 minutes. Then I turned the heart beat on and put the puppy in the crate with her. Within 5 minutes she was quiet and stayed that way all night. I have used it every night since and not a peep. (It's been a week now). I would highly recommend these products to anyone bringing a pup home - it was a sleep saver for sure and she seems to love it.

Worked the first time I tried it...working with the new puppy too.

Our puppy would whimper on the first day she was home without the stuffed puppy. She was so quiet with her new puppy and with the heart beat going in the puppy. She slept well and cuddled her new bestie too. We needed to wash it and it washed well and the heart insert was easy to turn on/off and remove as needed. Even after washing the puppy is still soft and working great for day 2. Without the puppy she will cry in her crate. It withstood chewing too and is very cute. The battery has lasted well too.

This is a nice cuddly puppy. Our dog loves this in her crate. The puppy and the blanket wash very well. The heartbeat lasted for a couple weeks only!

Perfect puppy gift! We use the kennel as her safe haven, and for potty training . This heartbeat tool is amazing and helped our puppy get acclimated to her kennel. She goes into her kennel and sleeps with it on her own. It calmed her down on the plane completely. We had a 6-hour flight and she did fine with the heartbeat toy. At home innthe kennel, the whining was very very minimal the first couple days, then it stopped. As you would hear and see her snuggle up and fall asleep. I think it is a bit pricy, but not too bad for the benefit. The heartbeat is seperate and is putninside a pouch on the stuffed animal. The blanket is soft, beautiful and perfect size. Good quality fabric. Both chew toys were loved by her.I do notice my large breed puppy prefers the rope and small tennis ball type chew toys. However, she plays with these too. Haven't used the heating packs yet, they go inside the pouch with the heartbeat item. I am sure we will because my puppy does love to be in front of my small heater under my desk to keep my feet warm. The packaging was extremely nice and fancy and was complimentary to the items inside.

I was a bit reserved on purchasing this kit because it was a bit expensive. After a month now with my pup at home, this was the best investment for us and our GSD. On the first night, we used the heart beating snuggle puppy and blanket. She slept the entire night without an accident or a cry. The heartbeat in the snuggle puppy and the heat pad was the best idea. Our puppy never felt alone (just fyi, her crate was in the room with us for the 2 weeks). A month later, she is so protective of her snuggle puppy. We only used 1 heat pack to soothe her during the first week. The heat packs last a while. Our GSD now uses the snuggle puppy as a pillow or an object to be close to while she is in her crate. Any new puppy owner could definitely benefit from using this. Of course, with all things puppy, it does require a bit of time to correlate toys as a positive thing. We exclusively keep the snuggle puppy in her crate and make it a part of her secure place. My GSD puppy did really care for the teething heart toy. Even after freezing it, she didn't care for it. She also outgrew the small toy. She will chew it from time to time but it doesn't entertain her much. I found the kit, overall, very helpful with our puppy's adjustment to our home. She sleeps through the night since 8 weeks old and now at 12 weeks old. We've never had an accident in her crate overnight with the help with the snuggle puppy.

Great puppy starter pack. Really good quality

We bought this for our 8 week old puppy as a way of comforting him when we brought him home at nights when he sleeps. The heart beat is fairly loud and strong on new batteries. Our puppy absolutely loved it. By night 4, he was no longer whining. At 4 months it’s still in his crate and although we no longer use the heartbeat, he still loves to cuddle with it. We also brought it along when we trained him to ride in the vehicle. Now it’s his wrestling partner in the day and his cuddle buddy at night. The puppy blanket that came with it is nice and soft and durable as well. We didn’t use the warmers that came with it. The toys, especially the heart was and still is one of his favourites. Very durable during teething. Great package.

The heartbeat toy is broken. Changed the batteries, unfortunately it doesn’t beat - but makes a faint ticking noise… similar to a wrist watch ticking.

My puppy's favourite toys are the toys in the pack more than the snuggle puppy itself :) He does cuddle his puppy and settled well. Even if i just felt better knowing he had it I would buy it again. The pack was worth it over just getting the puppy on its own
