I purchased this toner cartridge on Amazon from a small business, which I appreciated as a former small business owner myself. I always try to support fellow entrepreneurs. Unfortunately, one of the cartridges had an issue— the ink smudged on the paper. Even though I had the toner for about a year, I decided to reach out to the company. To my surprise, they responded immediately, asked a few simple questions, and quickly sent me a replacement cartridge. I was genuinely impressed by their prompt and helpful service. They stood behind their product and made sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this brand for anyone in need of reliable printer supplies.

UPDATE-- Company actually reads their reviews, which is refreshing! They reached out to me and offered a refund, replacement or Amazon digital gift cards, despite the fact that I was well beyond the return window. Also gave an explanation of an issue they found out with some components of units that had been returned on time that has since been corrected. Given this great customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, and have now adjusted my rating from 1 star for the original product I rec'd, to 5 stars based on how they have handled my situation. Original 1 star review: I like to keep toner on hand so that when I need it, I don't have to go out. So it took about a year after I bought this to finally use it. For the first couple of weeks the print quality was just fine. Then I started to get a lot of black streaks. I'm not even going to try the colors that came in the set in case my printer is now doomed to print like this in black forever. Save your money, don't buy it unless you try it out right away. I think when I bought it there was a money back guarantee on quality, but it's been too long for me to take advantage of that. The picture of print quality is not going to be an issue for personal stuff I print, but I also use this for business and I cannot have things looking like this.

I have always used HP toners in my printer, but the cost seems to have gone out of control, so I decided to try a non-OEM product. I bought a single black Cool Toner cartridge for $30 (HP cartridge $170) and was pleasantly surprised that it worked well and produced high quality prints. With this experience I bought a full set of 4 Cool Toner cartridges for $68 (HP set $450). This is where I ran into a problem. The Black and Magenta both left obnoxious streaks on the paper. I was about ready to write this off as "you get what you pay for" and go back to the expensive HP cartridges when I noticed the quality guarantee on the box, so I contacted customer service by email. I got a reply in 10 minutes and sent them a photo of the issue. The new cartridges arrived in 3 days and worked perfectly. So, bottom line: The price is right, print quality is excellent and customer service is fantastic.

UPDATE #2 - so after the seller nicely sent the free replacement toner at no charge, I give them kudus for great service. Now about 1 year later and only 477 pages printed (lightly used home printer HP m477). The toners are now printing out crazy colors and all green pages. I can not recommend this companies toners at all. Buy at your on risk. I know they are cheap but they are a hassle and do not last. UPDATE. After posting a 1 star review after months of dealing with leaking magneta toner all over my print outs and poor quality. The seller immediately reached out and offered to send a replacement set and claimed toners were manufactured with a defective wiper. That is pretty amazing to offer a free replacement. About a week later the toners arrived and installed the new set. Perfect prints now and no leaking toner. Hopefully the new batch works perfect longterm! Original review. These toners have been in use rarely for less than year. They started off printing ok. Colors aren’t great like original. After about 6 months the red toner is leaking all over the printer and the pages being printed. Almost all pages have a magenta/red splatter running down the pages. Avoid this companies toner.

Update 2: The cyan and magenta cartridges have been drawimg vertical lines for several months. I dod several cleanings, but this is the best it gets. Update: I contacted the company and they replied within an hour to ask me questions and ask for pictures. I sent what thy wanted and they replied again, in a few minutes, with an RMA form and notice that they would replace it. Truly superb customer service. I'll definitely buy from them again for the quality of my print jobs and their customer service. Just open the box on arrival to avoid problems when you want to use the cartridge. Update: I didnt need the yellow cartridge when I first got it a year and a half ago, but when i opened it up, there was yellow dust everywhere. One of the seams was not sealed causing toner to leak. Initial post: Great value and easy setup. Just install like any other cartridge. As you can see, it's recognized as non-HP, but that hasn't impacted operation at all. When its first detected by the printer a window says the cartridge is non HP, so don't bealarmed. It goes away after it initializes. My printer recognizes that there over 4600 pages left, but HP uses the first 20% to estimate the pages remaining.

Update: The company contacted me and explained that the leaking toner was from a defective wiper and that this had been corrected. They offered me either credit, refund or replacement. I chose replacement as I just need good working cartridges. I have changed my original review from 1 star to 5 for superior customer service and standing behind their product. Should these cartridges leak, I will re-review and lower my rating. But until then, It stands at 5 stars. Good customer service is not dead! Original: I've used a lot of different toner cartridges over the years. These are probably the worse ones I've ever used. I didn't install upon receiving them as the cartridges in the printer still had a little left in them. When I did install them, it didn't take very long before the yellow started to leave a streak on the right side of the page. Shortly after that the magenta started leaving a streak on the left hand side of the page. Then the black started to leave random black splotches all over the page. My guess is that the cyan will fail shortly. Despite other reviews stating a quick response from their customer service, all I've received are crickets which has prompted me to write this review. The price compared to the OEM HP cartridges is great as long as you don't mind very poor quality prints.

I bought these because the price was good and reviews were great. But within a couple months of putting them in the printer, the magenta leaked, causing a pink streak down the left side of every page. The HP Color LaserJet Pro M477fnw Printer is a $2000 machine. Buy with caution. UPDATE: This company's customer service department contacted me shortly after I placed the critical review above. They offered to make it right by giving me one of three options: a partial refund, replacement of the entire product (which is all four high-yield cartridges, not just the magenta), or a credit to my Amazon acct. I opted for replacement because that was the best value for me. In less than one week, I received a replacement of the entire box of high-yield toner cartridges. While the original product did have a quality issue with one of the cartridges, the company explained what the issue was after they researched it, and very quickly gave me multiple options about how to make things right on their end to maintain my business and improve their ratings. I wish more companies would follow this company's example of superior customer service. They will continue to earn my business. The box states there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They stand behind that.

I just got these today and I bought them because of all the good reviews on it and it was an Amazon best choice. I have to say I love it I uploaded some pictures one with my Ink jet and one with my toner the pictures don’t do it justice but the toner is way nicer than the inkjet the colors. They are vibrant and so far so good. Very easy to install the quality so far has been nice. And compared to HP or each toner is over $100 this is worth the value to have try this out Wanted to update since I bought these as some reviews mentioned that the toner leak after a few months. I have had mine in my printer for over 4 months still getting great quality with no issues.
