I am really impressed with this hair supplement, I was losing a lot of hair and it didn't seem to be stopping so i shopped around and decided to give these a try. I've always had very fine hair but after a month or two I could really notice a difference, hardly any hair loss and it looks shiny and feels stronger. I have lots of baby hairs growing too. I want to continue using it but when I purchased the first box of 90 tablets they cost £30 but within weeks had increased to almost £50 which is a huge amount. Just hoping the price comes down before I run out because I'm reluctant to buy again if the price doesn't reduce which is a shame because I really do think it's a great product.

I am approaching the 3 month mark with this product. I ordered it primarily to see if the zinc would help with my androgenetic alopecia and whilst it is still too early to really tell; my nails have never looked better! I have always had naturally very fragile, weak nails which would break before they could get any length. Within two weeks of taking this, my nails felt rock hard and since then I have grown a very impressive and strong set of nails for the first time in my life. I also work with my hands for a living so they take a beating daily! Even if this doesn’t help my hair, I will keep using it to for the huge benefit to my nails. Fingers crossed by 6 months I might see some improvement in my hair miniaturisation 🤞

I have Afro Caribbean hair, which is extremely fine, plus with the menopause, it has not helped. Tried numerous products in the past and I must say nothing made a difference other than 'Hair Volume'. This is not a quick result, I have been taking this for 4 months, to the point of family and friends have now asked me what am I using as they have observed my hair being thicker, even getting my ends trimmed, even the hairdresser has noticed the texture of my hair is healthier.

I took them frequently but didn't get much of a result. You may be more luck than I?

Good supplement

I experienced hair loss and thin hair for years, and started to take this supplement. It is a supply for 90 days, and I need to take one a day. It is rich in Biotin, zinc, and many more essential vitamins to support healthy hair. I find them easy to swallow although the size of tablet is about a middle finger's nail size. It is tasteless, therefore easy to accept. The most noticeable effect is the amount of hair loss is getting less, I can observe that from the bathroom floor. Happy to recommend, and I am a repeat buyer.

At menopause, my hair changed. Lifeless and thin. I was complaining to my sister (who has the fabulous red haired picture review). She recommended this product. I've been taking it about 4 months and am so pleased. My hair is full of baby hair coming in,. It feels thicker and healthier. It's getting longer, my nails are stronger and my eyelashes also seem longer and fuller. My hairdresser commented on the difference. Yay! Originally it felt a bit pricey, but now I think it's a good value because it really works for me and I feel better about my appearance.

Un produit d'une grande efficacité si l'on est patient et que l'on prend bien en compte les délais d'action indiqués sur la boîte, à savoir au minimum un mois d'utilisation. Je choisis toujours de faire une cure de 3 mois et j'en suis très satisfaite. J'ai essayé plusieurs autres produits avant celui-ci et il est le seul à m'avoir apporté de tels résultats. Les comprimés sont un peu gros mais sécables en deux, les prendre au milieu d'un repas.

Ho aspettato per dire la mia su questo prodotto ma devo dire che effettivamente merita di essere provato. I capelli si spezzano meno e se ne perdono molto meno. Certo non fa miracoli ma aiuta se preso con costanza!
