What side do you use ? The black or blue side ? Thanks

I put the black side to my eyes/ skin. But...I regret my purchase. It doesn't really get hot...just lukewarm. So...never used it on holiday as it didn't do the job. Total waste of money,!!

Ok so i’ve boiled the kettle and left it for 5 minutes. still see crystals. i’ve put under hot running water and still see crystals....how do i reset?

Hi, so we would recommend boiling the gel pack for slightly longer, around 6 -7 minutes. Then taking out and leaving in a cool dry service. Once it’s cooled down, it should have no crystals and so is ready to be resused. It would be difficult to do by pouring over with boiling water form a kettle unfortunately. Unfortunately not - it needs to be disposed of through normal household waste.

I dont understand the mechanics if this. The first time you press the disc to activate. But then the second time you have to put in boiling water??

You press the disc to activate, after use when it cools down it goes hard, you put in boiling water to soften again. When you want to use it again ou press the disc. So: always boil after use to soften. Always press disc to activate.
