Wow my new Lifetime KayakIs amazing. I bought two one for myself and one for my husband it's by far one of the best investments I've made. I am a true beginner and find this product to be very safe sturdy and balanced plus it's suprisingly very comfortable. I bought a more comfortable seat for it thinking I would need it for longer trips I will be returning the seat as the design and seat back that came with the kayak are all I need. I am so impressed with the stability of this product.My husband and I took them out on the rough waters of Lake Champlain one day and had no issues navigating to our destination safely.I was concerned because after ordering I read all the comments about the kayaks arriving damaged or missing parts. Both of mine arrived as scheduled and in perfect condition with all pieces accountated for :)I actually do not normally take the time to write product reviews but I am just so pleased with these kayaks that I felt the need to recommend the product.I will say I was fortunate enough to get this for a much better price on Amazon than its currently listed for but it's still a great choice for anyone looking for a stable well made kyack.It's lightweight at 40 pounds so easy to load and unload.Great way to enjoy the water and relax while still getting a great workout .

If you're looking for a lightweight, easy-to-transport fishing kayak for ponds and lakes, this is the one to get. I'm able to turn sideways and dangle my feet in the water while I reach for items in the rear without worrying about tipping over. So easy to transport and very stable. Exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

This is the first kayak I've ever bought for myself. It arrived on time, wrapped in plastic with no visible damage. The kayak itself is really nice and the only issue I've had is poor tracking (which is expected based on the haul design). I love this kayak because it is light and short which make transportation easy. I am 5'6, 135 pounds which also makes this kayak a perfect size for me. I'm writing this review as I approach a year of ownership and I can say I'm still highly satisfied with my Lifetime Hydros.

I love this kayak. It is small enough for young kids and large enough for adults. Lightweight yet very sturdy. Works great to just pop into the lake and go for a "stroll".

The problem is that it came incomplete. The fishing pole holder came without the bolt and tightener. I think it would be easy for them to send me the needed part, but I can't get in touch with anyone. Thus, I just had to click return item.

It was exactly what I wanted. Good price the fishing rod holder was a plus and it was just right for stability and easy handling.

The kayak is great in itself however, it came missing the seat/backrest which makes using it difficult. I was going to return it but decided to call Lifetime to try and get a backrest. After 2 hrs on hold I was able to speak to someone. They are sending the necessary parts but we have to wait because they are back ordered. Hopefully summer won't end before they come.
