FINALLY one that works, stays in and is comfortable!
I have trouble breathing through my nose, this of course causes snoring at night but it hinders daily things like exercise and even simple backpacking. I've tried too many nasal dilators to count. Most sort of work, when they're positioned just right, or fall out too easily, or just plain hurt with repeated use. These are the first that I'd say are good. They go in easily, no fussing to get it just right - it does that itself, every time. Put it in and I can breathe - wonderful. Stay in place?? Ok, I can breathe. Do they stay in? Yes, mostly. They go in easily, and they come out easily. I knocked it halfway out once but other than that it has stayed in place while sleeping and jogging. Comfort: I've had other products that worked but left the inside of my nose sore - especially at the septum. These did not do that at all. No pain, no discomfort, nothing sore in the morning. You can feel this when you wear it, but it is very comfortable. Everything is rounded so no sharp corners or edges, and it makes a big difference in comfort. So... It works really well, best that I've tried. It stays in better than most I've tried, even when jogging. It remains comfortable even wearing it all night, or all day while backpacking. It hasn't caused any discomfort at all, and that is rare compared to most that I've tried. If I had tried this first, I wouldn't have had to try so many other options. I've finally found a good one. Assuming it lasts a decent amount of time, I think I've got my favorite breathing aid. Get this one first.

Takes Up Too Much Room In My Nose, too Soft to Dilate it and the Box was Not Sealed
Whenever I exercise I have to breathe through my mouth because I cannot get enough air flow through my nose. But this item is a great disappointment. I would not recommend it to anyone. It comes in an unsealed box. Even the little plastic container it comes in is not sealed. There is no way to be sure some one else did not try it on. Then it is too soft to dilate my nose. But even if it were stronger, it would still take up too much room in my nose. It blocks the air like I am pinching my nose. I bought a small even though I think I have an averaged sized nose and still I only got it half way in before it started feeling uncomfortable. I wanted it to work. I tried all different positions and nothing improved the air flow in my nose. Amazon says it is non-returnable and I certainly do not want to try a replacement of the same thing even it they offered it and they did not. Now the inside of my nose is sore.

Works for snoring, but...
I have a narrow airway that causes snoring. Typical treatment options are not in the cards for me right now, but I still want to reduce snoring and have been trying a few different products. The good: -The dialator is made of a flexible, soft material and relatively easy to wear. It may not fit all nose shapes, but it works for mine. -My snoring has been reduced overall in the time I've spent wearing it, which is exactly what I got it for and I do feel it is effective. -It comes with a case that seals tight to keep it clean when not in use, and I appreciate that a lot. The bad: -The product has some unfinished / rough edges that are uncomfortable against my skin and can be painful. -Due to how this product works, it can leave your sinuses feeling dried out and a little raw. A humidifier can help, but it is still worth noting that you may feel uncomfortable. -If you sneeze while wearing this, it may hurt a lot :( ouch. I like this a fair amount for what it is, and it is a good tool to counteract my snoring in the meantime. Manufacturer may consider and benefit from a slightly softer material or finishing the seams of the product more efficiently so they do not dig into the skin of the person using it.

an option to add for easier breathing
I have been using the nasal strips for a while and while they perform well, they leave a residue glue thats hard to get off and your nose needs to be really clean for them to stick. Saw this and thought it would be a better option. Wasnt sure it would work as well as after all, it is something inside your nose but it does work pretty well. I found it somewhat uncomfortable and can only wear it a couple of nights in a row before giving my nose a break. Maybe in time, i will get more acclimated to the fitting. It is supposedly good for 90 days - dont know why, seems like you could keep using for way past then, it is a semi rigid plastic. If you do have to replace it frequently, its expensive for what it is.

This thing actually works!
I bought the AIRMAX Nasal Dilator back in July 2024 after trying a bunch of other products that didn't do much for me. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but this one's been a game-changer. I've been using it every night for months now and it's still going strong - no signs of wearing out or losing its shape. What really surprised me is how comfortable it is. I've tried other nasal dilators that felt like I had clothespins shoved up my nose, but with this one, I forget it's even there after a few minutes. The difference in my breathing is huge. My nasal passages stay open all night, which means I'm actually getting decent sleep instead of waking up with a dry mouth from breathing through it all night. And my partner says I'm snoring way less (win-win!). It's super easy to use too - just pop it in before bed and you're good to go. No fiddling with straps or adjustments or any of that nonsense. Look, I'm not usually one to write reviews, but after months of solid performance, I figured I should let others know this one's worth trying. If you've been struggling with nighttime breathing issues like I was, give this a shot. Best $15 or whatever I've spent on sleep improvement.

Great product
This is the best device for opening the nasal passages to sleep. I've tried other products but they irritated my nose. The strips tear skin off my nose. This is smooth, goes in easily and can be sanitized.

Much to my surprise, this works perfectly and wife said I didn’t snore at all! This is the first time in a really long time, I’m thrilled!

I had a nose job 11 years ago. Several years ago, my nasal valve (basically the sides of my nose near the nostrils) started to collapse. My nostrils become more narrow. I couldn't breathe through my nose. When I jogged or slept, I could only breathe through my mouth, so I felt like I wasn't getting enough air in. I went to the US, and was advised by two surgeons, that I needed a cartilage graft to expand the sides of my nose. That costs tens of thousands of dollars, and they sometimes take cartilage from your rib. I tried Airmax, and I can finally breathe! It feels amazing. Sometimes it doesn't quite fit in, so I have try a few times, since my nostrils are fairly small. This is week 2 for me. I also ordered several pairs in the size small, in case it loses its shape. I alternate them, a few hours during the day, and some or all of the evening (if I can get it in comfortably). It works much better than breatheright strips. I only wish this had a more permanent impact. Also, I wasn't able to blow my nose through one side for years, and now that's starting to work too (minimally, but it's something).
