Incredible Tone in a Compact Unit!
The HX Stomp is an absolute game-changer! Despite its small size, it delivers studio-quality amp modeling and effects that rival much larger and more expensive units. The sound quality is phenomenal, with rich, dynamic tones that work perfectly for both live performances and recording sessions. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to tweak presets and customize tones, yet it offers deep editing options for those who want to fine-tune their sound. It integrates seamlessly into any setup, whether as a standalone unit, part of a pedalboard, or even as an audio interface. For anyone looking for professional-grade sound in a portable package, this is a must-have. Highly recommended! 🎸🔥

Great for bass guitar!
I am a bass player that picked up an HX Stomp in order to downsize my pedal board. I found myself in more and more situations where I was using effects. My pedal board kept growing and I had several units that I had bought for specific uses but hardly ever used. So I picked up an HX Stomp with the idea that it should cover just about anything I needed moving forward and would allow me to simplify and down size. For this purpose the HX Stomp has worked out great! One by one I was able to find a suitable (sometimes better) HX Stomp replacement for each of my pedals. Now I'm down to just three pedals, an EHX Freeze (no replacement for this on the HX), a Source Audio C4 Synth and the HX Stomp. I am able to use the HX Stomp for effects, amp modelling and a DI directly to FOH (I rarely have a gig anymore where I need an amp) and it sounds absolutely great! It is a rock solid piece of gear and is not glitchy at all. The only negative things I can say about it is the learning curve can be a little steep and it takes a while to really dial in the sounds you want, but I still think Line6 did a decent job with the interface considering all the features, options and versatility this device has, and the HX Edit software makes it a good bit easier once you get used to it.

Great addition to my pedal board
More powerful than the bigger multi-effects pedal in an ultra-compact size. A great addition for your pedal board. The overdrive effects are not great, so I added my own OD-1 pedal to it. I'll probably be adding a good compressor later too. But other than that, this machine is a monster.

A Powerful, Inspiring Piece of Equipment
There are many, many hours of video reviews on YouTube and around the web on this mighty multi-effect unit. I will keep my review brief: if you are thinking about this, it is a wonderful piece of equipment. I got this for a few reasons: 1. I gig both bass and electric guitar (bass more commonly), and this device has effects and amp models for both. 2. I live in an apartment where you can hear people having conversations through the walls if you are quiet enough, and I wanted to a courteous neighbor. 3. Kids are on the horizon, so my days of cranking tube amps are numbered. I expected that I would like this. I did not expect to like it as much as I do. It does what you hope any piece of gear you pick up will do— it inspires me to play. I’ve been practicing a lot more and having a lot of fun playing with new effects. A few small caveats: 1. I have 3 pairs of nice headphones to play through. If you don’t have good IEM’s or studio-style headphones, I would consider that an essential if you are going this route AND using the HX Stomp as your amp. 2. The unit interface is easy enough to learn after some time. I can throw together a preset and be up and running to play in minutes now. Like any new gear there is a learning curve. The HX Edit software is similarly easy to learn, but I think easier to use, especially for assigning switches, than the UI in the Stomp itself. Bottom line: this thing is incredible. The effects are great and the amp models have obviously been meticulously created. I strongly recommend one for those looking at an affordable amp modeling/multi-effect solution

Great product for the touring or hobbyist musician. Great seller and service.
Great product. A little noisy due to the power supply. I highly recommend a isolated PSU. Tones and customization are out of this world. Easy to get lost in the soundscape for hours. Ufortunately couldn't keep due to dog being in the ER. Seller was understanding and offered to accept the package back a week or two outside the return window. Returning it was super easy. Bring the product to a UPS location (for me a convenient store on the corner) and they will put the label on for you. I will say the store was pretty rough with the package but none the less I trust line 6's packaging.

Terrific for Bass!
I am surprised by how much I like the Stomp for bass! I have a great pedalboard with highly-regarded pedals including a Cali76 compressor and a SansAmp BDDI. I certainly won’t claim that the Stomp is better than the individual pedals, but it’s close enough that its size and flexibility win the day. I am currently using it as an all-in-one replacement for my pedalboard. The tuner (works well!) and the ability to use it as a practice amp with aux/in and headphones is frosting on the cake, as they say.

This is the best item of gear I've ever bought and I already own a Helix LT. It's just such a stunningly well designed product. I use the US Princess (Princeton) model all the time and it's just beautiful.

Love it. Such a compact package full of tones. Updated to V3 firmware to get 8 blocks and new features. Poly capo has prevented me buying a 7 string. The Princess amp model is awesome for fendery cleans and there are plenty of great high gain amps. Using with 3rd party IRs I already owned, they were simple to load and use.

I've only just received this and I'm still just figuring it out. I bought it to be my "bass rig" for the band I play bass in, but I can see this playing a role in my other bands where I play guitar.

Great so far. I am a bass player looking for a complete pedal and this does it all. From Distortions to Equalizers and Compressors. It easy to use and program once you understand how it all works. You can add an extra 2 pedals to it! The cost is great, if you think about buying a quality Distortion ,Compressor, Tuner and Equalizer then you have already cover the cost of this unit. Plus you get Cab and Head sounds as well as Fuzz, Wah an 8 chain build area ( you can add different effect and cab/heads to a preset and save it to use on one of your footswitches and its only the size of 2.5 regular pedals.
