Good no nightmares works for kids too
We have used many brands of magnesium. This one our family’s favorites. Many times magnesium can cause nightmares especially for children. I use this for myself and my 10 and 8 year old and it helps them sleep but no weird dreams. This is especially helpful for kids/adults with ADHD to relax before bed. Take it 30min-1hour before bedtime for best results.

Game changer
Game changer for me. I was using the Metagenics brand for the past year and I was having horrible nightmares and upset stomach. Since switching to this brand I feel so much better. I take 2 after about 2-3 hours before bed and they work wonderfully. I highly recommend this brand and product.
