Clearlove Women German Dirndl Dress Costumes for Bavarian Oktoberfest Halloween Carnival Red Plaid XL

I am 185 lbs, 5'8", 36DDD, and typically mens medium, womens XL to 2XL tops, size 12 dress (hope all this info helps someone). Fits GREAT! Honestly it is sooo cute on and I wouldn't want any other size. I took suggestions of other comments to help pic the perfect size for me. I got many complements. Will wear on many oktoberfest occasions over the next few years. (XL fit perfect, I also ordered 2XL just in case but returned it)

I actually wore this to Oktoberfest Munich. I tossed the apron it came with because it’s to small/short. I made my own plus added extra length since there is a significance as to where the bow is tied. I also added ribbon to my apron. The real ones aren’t to matchy matchy so if your interested in customizing, a patterened/floral print for apron or ribbon adds that ”authentic” look, because I did see other women with this dirndl. Also make sure to iron before wearing. Fit was fine. Prost.

Costume material. is not good for Oktoberfest in Munich. Very cheaply made. The white blouse is sewn into the dress and not a separate piece.

I was hoping for a cotton feeling costume but it’s the slick costume material if that makes sense. I wore it and it was comfortable. I am short so I did trim 3” off and I doubled the apron over so that it didn’t hit at my knees.

I ordered the red plaid version and it clearly states QUOTE ♥Material---(Red Plaid/Blue Polka Dot/Pink Apron Dress:100% cotton;Blouse: 100% cotton) UNQUOTE. There is nothing in this dress, blouse, or apron that is cotton. It is all 100% cheap nylon/polyester. The fabric content is why I went with this dress. DISAPPOINTED! The fit is fine and if you prefer cheap unbreathable nylon/polyester over breathable cotton, this dress is for you. :(

I bought this costume for an Oktoberfest party in our neighborhood. I wasn’t expecting anything special but i needed something in a pinch. I was pleasently surprised. It looked great and fit like a glove

I was so excited to wear this for our Octoberfest weekend. I tried it on and it fit perfectly. I put it on and got ready for the days festivities. Walking out the door, I bent down to get a drink out of the cooler and the back of the dress ripped!! I couldn't even safety pin it because it was frayed. Luckily I had a little jean jacket to put on to cover the rip but still very disappointing. I will spending more money next year to get a better quality outfit. Buyer Beware!
