Nice but Fake?
I really like these sunglasses. My only complaint about them is the rubber on the ends of the arms get stuck in my hair when I pull them off my face. Rips the hair right out of my head. I've super glued the rubber back down a few times and this helps but I dont think that I should have to do that with $150 "Ray Bans"speaking of "Ray Bans"... I was looking at another pair when I noticed a ton of people saying they were getting fake sunglasses. So it got me to thinking about these sunglasses. There are quite a bit of reviews saying their sunglasses were made in China, which to me means they are probably fake (the arms getting stuck in my hair should have been a red flag for this). I haven't looked at mine but it's safe to say they are probably made is China as well. I still have my original packing and am going to look into it more when I get home. If they are in fact fake I am going to be a little upset that I spent $150 on fake, China made Ray Bans. I don't feel like it is legal for them to sell fake sunglasses out in the open like that.I am very clumsy and have dropped them a few times and there are a few cracks in the lenses now but they dont impair me seeing through them. The lenses are definitely glass and polarized, although they don't have a ton of polarization to them. Other than that they seems very sturdy.I would suggest spending the extra money and buying these directly from Ray Ban. DO NOT BUY THEM ON AMAZON OR ANY OTHER SITE BESIDES A REPUTABLE DEALER! (ie, sunglass hut)I do love the look of these sunglasses though, I have received many compliments on them.

Clearest Lenses You Will Ever Wear
I have had dozens of pairs of Sunglasses over the years, mostly from Ray Bay, a fair few of them Aviators... sadly most of them lost or stolen. These glasses are the best and this is due to the lenses being remarkably clear. You will honestly see the difference, your vision will be much better while driving in particular. The frames seem sturdy and the hinges seem solid. They are overall extremely attractive, but then you can not go wrong with Aviators. This new lens design from Ray Ban has won me over as a customer for life, my eyes are not sensational and so i need as much clarity as possible, these are noticeably better than any other polarized or non polarized glasses i have ever worn. The only thing that was a negative, and i did not remove a star because these glasses are truly excellent. The case that comes with it was not leather, but it was a slimline designed case, unlike the wedge shaped cases of the past. I don't really care too much about the case and so i tossed it.

A solid take on the aviator
I previously owned the non-carbon fiber version of the smaller framed polarized aviators and this is definitely an upgrade. The frame feels much less flimsy without those thin metal arms and I think the glasses actually fit much more snugly and comfortably. Plus, the carbon fiber is a slick look. Who doesn't want to look like a riced out Honda civic?
