Excellent duck
I had my first half duck for dinner tonight and it was delicious! Cooked just right, looks beautifully browned on the plate, lightly seasoned to let the natural duck flavor come through. Ideal for adding your own favorite duck sauce, but not necessary unless you want that flavor difference. Will definitely buy again! Very pleased with the purchase.

I don't understand why Americans are not conscious of how wonderful duck can be. I have had the opportunity to travel to Europe several times. Duck is customary and delicious. Difficult to get it here. The half roasted duck is a complete joy. Tell Publix to carry it. I had to order from Mapleleaf by mail.
