Just one teaspoon of the herb steeped in boiling water made a delicately flavoured tisane, which brought immediate relief from the symptoms of PMT and vastly improved my mood. The packaging is beautiful, with a little wax seal on the front for that authentic ancient apothecary feeling. If you have any kind of hormonal problems and are sensitive to other herbs, I would highly recommend trying this one. I am very sensitive, but thus far, Lady's Mantle has been extremely supportive, effective, and gentle. Highly recommend!

Excellent herb, it arrived lovely and fresh and very quickly too. It tastes as it should, not great but fine with some honey in. I simmer for 20 minutes then strain and add the honey. Has helped balance my PCOS hormones. Excellent price too and super cute packaging that I can reseal.

Can i just say this stuff is the TRUTH! It is fantastic! I have only been using it for a couple of week and im happy to say I am already feeling the positive effects. No breast soreness 1 week before period in fact no soreness at all. Period came and i didnt feel anything, not even a twinge. The value for money, quality, packaging was also amazing, package arrived when it was supposed to arrive. Im pleased! Update: so I stopped taking the tea for a little while to see how I would feel. My period came and I was feeling some discomfort. I drank 2 cups of the tea and the discomfort was gone. Still loving the tea

I get terrible pains when on my period. I started drinking the tea from first day of my period until ovulation and it reduces my pain significantly! It doesn’t stop the pain completely but the difference is immense! I only need to take painkillers twice as opposed to every 4 hours for 2 days and the pains no longer wake me up during the night. I took a break for 3 months whilst drinking other herbal tea and my pains went back to being really bad, now back on the tea and the pains are again reduced so I know it’s working. I would definitely recommend the tea to anyone with painful periods. Lovely packaging as well.

I ordered it to support my natural cycle and just have used it for a week - so far so good! Doesn't taste as bad as everyone says, but I think it's too early to observe any other significant changes.
