Good good for fasting
Very Good for Upavaas. For fasting this is a nice Substitute. But don't think you can make Rotis out of this. That's not the case! You need to learn to Make a recipe out of it. Even dosas won't work but I did figure out one recipe for myself. For biscuits And Halwa making this is just awesome even for health drink it's worth it.

The cassava flour is tasting sour comparatively to the last purchased. Since I have used the cassava flour I have got itching & rashes on my body. Kindly look into this matter and solve my issue. Thanks

Very good quality..tried cassava pudding and observed the original taste of cassava. Pudding makes full for longer time so it's an added benefit 👍

different from what I expected
Maybe it was my misunderstanding... but I expected it to be more like tapioca startch, and it is not. It is a flour thicker than I expected but nice to mix in cake and pancakes dough.
