I’m using this as a fried hominy after treating it to remove the skin. Great with butter and just a bit of salt.

I soaked it overnight before I made it into a delicious green chile and pork posole, New Mexico style. I would buy it again. Goya is my favorite brand.

My order had a relatively fast turnaround. The seller was polite and professional. I will definitely buy from them again. I have not cooked it yet so I have no idea what the taste is going to be, but I don’t expect for it to be bad. Quality looks good. That’s all I can say right now.

Impossible recipe! The sticker is impossible to remove and is neatly placed to obscure half of the pork stew recipe on each bag. It must take an incredible amount of training to get each sticker placed just perfectly so that one cannot read the recipe or remove the sticker.

They were what I thought they were, I just didn't really know what I was getting into. Not an easy product to work with, but it is as-advertised. Great brand, but I don't love the item
