Excellent advice
I have spent years trying to get fit, my problem is (a) I like my food and (b) I'm lazy, I don't want to spend hours in the gym. I've had gym membership which has been a complete waste of money, I've bought exercise video's, none of these have particularly helped. I bought this after lending my friend my Body Doctor book and not being able to get it back(which was also brilliant but out of stock when I wanted to order). What works with this is the fact it doesn't take over your life and it is intense enough that you see results quickly so you stay motivated. Not only have I used this at home but also when I've had to work away and been staying in hotels.If you're serious about wanting to lose weight then this could be the book for you!

This book will make you fitter
I am really happy with the results so far, after just eight weeks I am so much fitter, happier and have lost 5kg (11lbs). A few key points:-1)Do what the book tells you the stretching and cool down is so important.2)Start counting calories - it's easy these days with all the information you need is printed on the packaging for all foods.3)Start slowly and don't let a few pains stop you.

If you can get it, invest in it!
I got this book just over a year back. I was pretty fit having done some triathlons & marathons on & off, but this book is a whole other level.I followed the programmes, lost a stone and put on some useful muscle, amazing! I haven't been as fit in years!What I'd been missing out on before was plyometrics, something I stopped after my time in the forces some years ago.I haven't necessarily followed his diet plans but I eat healthily anyway most of the time. I train with my mate and he adopted it too, he's 12 years younger and a semi-pro soccer player, at first he was knackered like I was starting it - but it's amazing how you adapt!Think how much you'd pay for a personal trainer, then you'll realise this book's worth a LOT of money. I keep a close eye on my copy in the gym.I even managed to get hold of Waterson to thank him via email and got a nice reply - lovely guy!

Great fitness book!
An informative and practical book coming from an excellent and sucessful trainer who has trained such famous names as Halle, Geri, Annabel and Pierce. The world renowned author of "The Commando Workout" has hit the nail right on the head with a very hard but effective workout routine.
