Very pretty, dainty necklace. The heart shaped stones ( I chose blue and purple) have very nice color and sparkle. The lettering is small (but clearly legible) which makes this necklace nice for any occasion or just every day! It came in a sweet gift box, which was a nice touch.

Purchased as a gift for my sister. Lovely little pendant but yes, as others have mentioned, the writing is small and can be difficult to read in poor lighting. The chain that comes with it is definitely cheap and will break easily, but that’s to be expected (sadly), so have another chain ready in preparation. Overall, my sister loved it and for the price, I’d say it’s not a bad deal.

I ordered the item ahead of time anticipating for holiday shipping and considering it’s a custom piece. The delivery was delayed by 3 days from the estimated delivery date. Tracking number isn’t helpful as it only told me the item was awaiting USPS pick up. Customer service was great and they offered discount or refund in case I didn’t receive the item a day later than the new arrival date after delay. The chain is a little on the cheaper end but it is what you pay for. My gf liked the pendant though. I did not receive any discount as I did not ask for it since the item did arrive by the date I needed it.

I haven't received the necklace yet so I can't comment on quality, but it is advertised as Made in USA. Mine just shipped and it is coming from South China. So it is not an American made product.

Ordered this for my wife for Mother's Day. There was some problems with the shipping and after reaching out to the company, they sent a replacement out quickly. The necklace is very pretty and my wife is happy with it, which is the only thing that matters to me. Certainly worth the money for this item.
