The product wasn't melted or anything when it arrived even tho it was 90 degrees that day lol It tastes good..like grapes. I take one in the morning and my hot flashes have improved considerably. I barely get them now when it use to be every night. I don't experience any side effects..however I don't take the full dose either since one is enough for me. Because of this, it's definitely worth the money I spent.

People. That bitter taste is from the RESVERATROL, not the blueberry flavor. If you have ever tried to choke down the unadulterated powder, you will recognize that bitter taste immediately. I had been mixing resveratrol powder with some yogurt to solubilize it, and swallowing it down with great difficulty until I finally found these gummy bears. I'm not sure if it's any better than nothing at all because I can't see the color. You're not supposed to use a dark brown color resveratrol, but it's all purple, so...it could be completely waste of money. Still, it's better than the white resveratrol that I can't choke down because it tastes so nasty.

Easy to take, tastes great! I prefer this over the capsules!!!
