Red Hot Kitchen: Classic Asian Chili Sauces from Scratch and Delicious Dishes to Make with Them: A Cookbook

Since buying this incredible book a few months ago, I have cooked at least half of the recipes and all of those have been outstanding! My friends and family all agree. A great diversity of dishes and almost all of the ingredients are easily available. This book is a fascinating read and there are suggested menus at the end as well. There is so much to love about this book.
