Rambo Sprouting Radish Seeds - Beautiful Red/Purple Colored Sprout, Non-GMO, Chemical Free, High Germination (1/2 Pound)

I grow microgreens for my wife's restaurant. The chef puts the microgreens on almost everything and really makes the dishes pop! The color of these purple radish microgreens is very deep but also has some that come out green. Our customers really like the color and the flavor of these microgreens. They're easy to grow in a 10 by 22 tray, I find they take about 5 to 6 days from germination to harvest.

I was fascinated by its color as a beginner sprouter, and it definitely met my expectations. The germination rate seems almost 100%, with healthy growth even without any additional fertilizer. Instead of using a mat, I opted for a thin layer of coco coir, which worked well. Germination started the very next day, and the roots grew down quickly, supporting healthy sprouting until the end. I'm happy with this item, but now I need to consider its cost-effectiveness. * update: It sprouts beautifully even on clay pebbles—amazing!

I love that they have a better radish flavor than an actual radish. When doing them in jars I would suggest to keep your dark sleeve on for 3 days. After 3 days watch how fast they grow! They are amazing to eat in a salad because it heightens the flavors in everything you put in there plus they stand out very well. Eating them by themselves are wonderful as well. I would love if they didn’t cost so much but still bought them anyway.

As much as I want to try a lesser expensive option. These are close to 100% sprout rate and nearly 100% purple
