NOW Foods Supplements, Tri-3D Omega™, Triglyceride Form of Omega-3 Fish Oil + Vitamin D-3, Molecularly Distilled, 90 Softgels

I love that these supplements are small and easy to swallow. I keep them in the freezer so they go down and stay down without any burps. Every member of my family has to take Omega's including the dog so I am very happy to have found a high quality product at a reasonable price. No smell or upset stomach and they seem to have just the right ingredients to make a positive impact on everyone's health needs.

I'm very happy with these NOW brand Omega-3 fish oil mini-gel caps. I've wanted to take fish-oil based Omega-3 capsules for many years now, but have never purchased or tried any until I discovered these NOW mini-gels. I always knew that I'd never be able to swallow the ginormous size capsules that I've seen in the stores whenever I checked out the other fish oil products. I don't know how long these NOW brand mini-gels have been available, but I'm so glad I found them. They are EASY to SWALLOW and that's a wonderful thing for many of us who would never attempt taking the huge fish oil capsules that have traditionally been available. These ones don't have quite as much Omega-3 as the giant size ones, and the serving size of these is two capsules for a total of 600 mg Omega-3 (360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA). But that's perfectly fine with me, as I'm so happy they're easy to swallow. I've been taking two of them daily, but recently ordered a few more bottles so I can begin taking three of these daily, which will provide a total of 900 mg Omega-3. Based on what I've read, it's generally recommended to take 1,000 mg. daily; but 900 mg will be perfectly fine for me. The price of these is pretty reasonable so it wouldn't break the bank to take four if I wanted to :) Another thing that's important to me is the softgel itself (i.e. the capsule that holds or contains the supplement) must be Halal, Kosher, vegetarian or vegan. Some of the other brands state "gelatin" in the inactive ingredient list without naming the source of the gelatin (which can be anything: pork/porcine; cow/bovine; or fish and who knows what else if they don't identify the source specifically). So I offer a big Thank You to the people at the NOW company for being sensitive to that issue and showing some respect and regard for those of us who care about what the capsule, gel-cap or softgel is made from. I'm very happy with the product and highly recommend it if you're looking for a good source of small, easy to swallow Omega-3 gel caps. And a reliable company with a solid reputation like NOW.

Appreciate the small size as I had a horrible experience with the bigger ones where one got stuck sideways in my throat. These ones cannot get stuck as they are, what I consider, just small enough. I know must be awful at taking pills but I have had one go down side ways and it didn't hurt or get stuck (very happy about that). I have had no issue with fish burbs (I do take with an Atkins Shake) and definitely have felt healthy for taking these. Highly recommend this item and NOW in general.

The mini pills aren't small but they are smaller than the usual Omega 3s and most people will not have difficulty swallowing or apprehension about choking on the larger pills.

Now nutrition is usually my go to brand for known quality and Value. I been using this brand for the longest time and don't recall being disappointed.

So thankful for this product. My husband will take them! He hates the larger capsules, these are not giving him any anxiety to swallow :)

I love these vitamins … small enough but work well.

I really like that these capsules are small. I don't like to swallow big capsules, and I get very sad when these capsules disappear from sale. Now I'm very happy that they are on sale again.
