Great product, does everything it's supposed to do

Works great! You have to twist the the little knot on the front for finer ice. If you don't you can't complain that it isn't snow fine ice because it was user error. The machine works beautifully. I have made snow cones daily since we got it because we've seen 90+ temps since May. I so recommend putting the button in reverse for just a second every little bit to keep it flowing nicely. When the lid ia opened to a certain height it also shuts odd to keep littles from reaching in and getting cut. I don't let my kids use it without supervision. Makes a ton very easily. Get the Hawaiian store brand syrups. They're way better than others.

Purchase it for a back to school event. It started freezing up and had to return it. I will be ordering a new one, but.

This thing works great! Very quick to shave the ice but very loud. It gets the job done. No regrets here.

Inside the unit where you put ice there’s a plastic piece that pushes the ice to the center. It’s an essential piece to the machine operating. As seen in picture it broke 1 1/2 months into having the machine. They did replace the piece after I reached out. However, they initially asked me to take for repair somewhere and they would reimburse me $30. No one fixes this sort of thing here. It’s made from plastic and we fully expect it to break again after only another month. Take it from us this unit is not for regular use. Good for an occasional snow cone but not much more. Also, because the plastic piece broke into pieces it ground up in the ice and we are sure the kids ate it before we noticed it was broke. The machine eventually just stopped working without that piece inside.

This makes wonderful shaved ice. Can do a very fine powder or rough crushed ice texture. The ice bin holds a good amount of ice (no special ice molds needed!). Even my 10 year old son has no problem making snow cones with this, it is a simple add ice cubes and push a button to run (and make sure dish/cup is under output spout, which my son forgot the first time :) ). It is loud, but no louder than expected for a machine that crushes ice. The rougher chop is really quick to make snow cones, the finer texture takes a bit longer but is my preferred setting. Used this over 4th of July weekend and everyone loved it.
