I like these because of the small size under your tongue. Also, for the first time ever my husband's blood work came up with B12 a little high! Probably because we're not vegetarian anymore in meat?

I like that they are very small, they have a pleasant taste, and dissolve quickly. You get a nice amount for the price. I don't know anything else about them except their vitamin B and this company makes some great vitamins. My other pills are so big they are uncomfortable to use sometimes. But these are really nice.

Easy to use, sublingually.

I used to take these before years ago and they were the ones that dissolved under your tongue. Well I thought these were the same ones when I ordered but apparently these are just regular lozenges. Same brand, but not the same under tongue dissolvers. Thats what I was expecting but it’s Ok. I’ve had them for about a couple weeks now and they seem to be working good. I was extremely lethargic and could barely get out the bed everyday. I just seemed to have no energy. I’m a pescatarian so except for occasional seafood I wasn’t eating much meat. I decided to try these and I feel my energy levels returning to normal now.

I love those little tablets. I have taken them for years. I have a hard time swallowing pills that has become a phobia. So, I appreciate that those dots are very small & easy to swallow, or they slowly melt in the mouth like a candy. My B12 level is in range now. They are also practical for traveling as they are so small.

I've used these for years and they've always helped. My local shop no longer carries them ; I'm happy to find them here on Amazon. Naturopath recommends this sublingual brand.
