Great value for such a big tub. What is there to say about fish oil capsules? We could ALL benefit from taking them, unless you eat a veritable tonne of oily fish every day, and Lamberts are a well known and trusted brand. I chose these off the back of a recommendation from a nutritionist.

I have taken fish oil for years and this product is value for money and is the same as many more expensive on the market; my husband is now using it after some gentle persuasion and helps keep us going in our older life

Item is good, made of small fishes, that means - no heavy metals; it fits my DNA, used before and have to continue due to personal Vega-Test prescription. We moved a lot. Ten years with Amazon, whatever we order there is the worst service from amazon.co.uk & de. Always late or lost items, never had any refund if lost. Sellers and carriers playing pingpong, shift responsibility onto each other. Special THANKS to US sellers and carriers - doesn't matter to where (Africa, Asia or Europe) but everything delivered within two weeks. I'd love to see the items' seller country and carrier before purchasing like it's displayed on AliExpress, so would buy only from States with no stress or regrets after.
