The quality of the backpack is quite underwhelming. It appears much more spacious in the images than it actually is in reality. Unfortunately, the material feels subpar, and the bag has already torn at the bottom and in multiple areas inside, which is very disappointing for a product in this price range. Despite claims of a "lifetime guarantee," the durability does not reflect that promise—it feels misleading and unreliable. Overall, this product is overpriced considering its limited utility and questionable build quality.

I researched backpack choices on Amazon and read through the comments, and am so glad I chose this brand. I bought the XL sized pack-pack called "Galaxy" which is royal blue with stars, like outer space. It is a beautiful color, and it hides dirt from use. Equally important is how many pockets this backpack has. Look at some of the videos where Amazon users walk you through how many zippered pockets it has. I found a use for all the pockets. This fits under an airplane seat so you can carry it on and use it during the flight. The construction/ material is A+. The zippers are well made. I could see this backpack used for high school, college and professional use. I use it for plane and road trips. You can fit so much in this well made backpack. I love that it comes in multiple sizes so you can chose the size you desire. Excellent purchase!
