Content is good but not container
Book delivered before scheduled time in good condition but text size is very small to read. Paper quality is very very poor it's very delicate. I didn't expect the quality of production from this publishers. If anyone is looking for only for content go for it but you will get eyesight at the end of the day..!!

Ottimo libro per apprendere le basi del Vinyasa Yoga e non solo secondo il maestro Iyengar. Nel libro ci sono tutte le immagini delle asana, anche delle varianti, e sono spiegate ciascuna con il loro significato e indicazioni per la loro esecuzione. Non propriamente per neofiti.

Very good delivery from the US and a fine US published edition of the Iyengar classic. I had a copy for years but loaned it out and ... well. If you're a beginner I'd recommend starting with poses that are comfortable for you and not straining, then gradually with daily practice extend your routine as you become able. Lots of good information and examples on Youtube too. I think yoga is a perfect adjunct to mindfulness training and should replace competitive sports in schools as a sane basis for lifelong physical well-being. But that'll never happen!

Esse livro mudou a forma com que eu via o yoga e a prática. Muito boa a introdução no começo e o curso intensivo de 300 semanas no final é apenas tudo na minha vida.
