Granugel Hydrocolloid Gel 15g, Single Tube

Due to having had multiple fistulas, I can honestly say about the difference between using this gel compared to untreated with the same condition. Using the gel kept the fistula moist during healing and helped prevent tearing of semi healed areas. Untreated was far more painful especially when the healing areas tore apart. I also found that it helped with the smell, the treated fistula seemed to have a much lower odour than the untreated as well as time healing - my untreated fistulas, on average, take approx 18 months to heal. However, with treatment using this gel, the healing time seems to average approx 6 months (obviously the time can vary depending on the length and area of each fistula). I have come to these conclusions by comparing similarly situated fistulas of approx the same size. With these results I have no hesitation in recommending it as well as making repeat purchases as and when needed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I've been a carer for over 24 years. I am experienced. This gel got rid of a stage 2 pressure sore within a week along with the plasters. I am amazed and highly recommend this product. You just have to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.
